On 25-26 April, we organized a two-day tailor-made Design Thinking training with Dr. Chris Archer Brown for Union Bank in Albania. With 20 participants from different roles in the bank, such as IT, product development, customer experience, business process management, and more, this training aimed to implement the Design Thinking methodology to drive innovation at the bank.
What did the Design Thinking training consist of?
The first day of the workshop covered the basics of design thinking, including identifying the wicked problem, identifying customer needs, and research. On the second day, the participants continued with empathy mapping, problem statement, and coming up with a value proposition. Lastly, they created presentations explaining customer problems and their creative solutions through bank products.
All teams were highly focused and engaged throughout the entire process, delivering four impressive presentations of their potential future products. The Design Thinking training with Union Bank exceeded expectations, and the presented products indicate that exciting things are ahead for them.
Dr. Chris Archer-Brown, made sure to challenge all teams to bring out the best results. Network Tribe is thrilled to have delivered a successful training with Union Bank and is looking forward to more training and workshops in the future.
