On October 2nd, we threw a get-together called “After Hours with Network Tribe” with a diverse group of professionals from various companies and industries. The event was marked with insightful mini-sessions, networking, a shared aim for continuous learning…and drinks.

So, what did we talk about?

We presented three of our coaches, their expertise, and their programs.

It started with our newest addition, David Nitescu, who held a thorough mini-session on the ‘Agile Change Management Process.’ David’s insights shed light on how organizations can adapt seamlessly to change while ensuring minimal disruptions.

Following David, Janine Kleidorfer took the stage to share her expertise on ‘Project & Change Management.’ She emphasized the importance of balancing project management with the fluidity required in change management. In simple terms? How to plan your work, and then how to change your plan when necessary.

Lastly, Asa Jarskog wrapped things up with a chat about Sustainable Leadership. While we face numerous challenges, from environmental crises to societal changes, Asa’s insights emphasized the significance of leadership that is not just effective but also sustainable in the long run. In a world that sometimes feels like it’s spinning too fast, Asa reminded us how to be leaders who think long-term and stay cool.

Beyond After Hours

Can we just say how much we LOVED having everyone there? After Hours with Network Tribe is more than just an event; it’s a commitment to fostering a community of professionals eager to learn and grow.
