Innovation Leadership 101 – How to master continuous innovation?

Innovation Leadership 101 – How to master continuous innovation?

What is continuous innovation and how can a 2 days workshop help innovative businesses survive and thrive in the 21st century?

88% of the “Fortune 500 companies” that existed in 1955 don’t exist today, and it is assumed that 80% of the companies that exist today, will not exist in 2070. The tales of huge companies that failed due to the lack of innovation like Kodak, Nokia or Blockbuster are narrated every day in business schools.

All organizations today, large and small, are facing continuous disruption.  “Disruption today is more than just changes in technology, or channel, or competitors — it’s all of them, all at once.” @SteveBlanks

Most of the organizations have finally acknowledged that their existing approach is not innovative enough to survive the coming years. On the other hand everybody is talking about startups and  “innovating like a startup”.  “A startup is a human institution designed to create a new products or services under conditions of extreme uncertainty” @EricRies

Startups and startup thinking companies are growing with speed of light and changing our life and the business models of the future forever. All this without money, often without management experience and with limited time. But what and how do they do it?

With the help of the methodologies like Lean Startup, agile development, human centred design and so on. The lean startup, that  is everywhere, aims to shorten product development cycles and to rapidly discover if a proposed business model is viable.

We at “Köstinger international Consulting” support organizations in their continuous innovation journey, to upgrade and do what is needed to get to the next level in order to survive in the 21st century.

Through our broad experience we have accompanied and trained over 500 companies and startups in in 14 countries.
