Last week was a busy one for Network Tribe as we held a series of events with our world-class expert, Ms. Asa Jarskog. Our focus was on IDGs, networking, and training, and we are thrilled to report that it was a week of impact and success.

IDGs Stakeholders Training & Launch of the IDG Center in Albania

The week kicked off with a training session that we provided for IDG stakeholders and supporters in Albania. As one of the main partners of the IDGs initiative in Albania, we facilitated a day of training and an action lab for participants from the private/public sector, NGOs, Academia, and civil society. Together with Asa Jarskog, we provided insights and support for the implementation of the IDG Center in Albania.

Later in the week, on March 28th, we attended the launch of the IDG Center at the Swedish Embassy’s Residence in Albania. Hosted by Her Excellency Ms. Elsa Hastad, and with Asa Jarskog as a guest, the event brought together stakeholders and supporters of the IDGs, as well as personalities interested in implementing this framework in their institutions. The Inner Development Goals Initiative comes as an accelerator for Albania’s 2023 Agenda regarding Sustainable Development Goals, and we are proud to be one of the pioneers for IDGs worldwide.

Networking Afternoon with Asa Jarskog

As announced earlier, on March 29th, we hosted an exclusive networking event with Asa Jarskog for HR managers, L & D managers, and leaders from different companies in Albania. The event was aimed at introducing Asa and the programs she offers for Network Tribe, as well as networking. We were thrilled to see interested participants from different companies in Albania and answer their questions in person regarding the different training programs. Asa presented the ESCAPE (training retreat), Value-Based Leadership, and the Inner Development Goals programs, and each program sparked an interest among participants. We are already planning more such events with other trainers in the upcoming months.

Training with Diaverum & Raiffeisen Bank Albania

The last three days of the week were dedicated to two training programs we had with Diaverum and Raiffeisen Bank in Albania. For Diaverum, Asa delivered a full day of training as a continuation of the first phase she had with them in May. After a recap, they had an introduction to IDGs and discovered in which dimension they are the strongest. In addition, they had different interactive exercises regarding change and giving feedback.

On March 30-31, we had two days of Value-Based Leadership training with Raiffeisen Bank in Albania. Participants were leaders of the bank looking to improve the leading of their teams. We were glad to see an incredible response to the method that Asa presented and the interactive activities they participated in. During the first day, they discussed trust and worked on aligning their individual values with Raiffeisen’s values. This day was over with an amazing meditation session offered by Asa, which gave the participants a boost for the second day. During the second day, they discussed IDGs and possible coaching opportunities with Asa Jarskog.

Overall, it was a week full of events that brought together stakeholders, supporters, and participants interested in IDGs, networking, and training. We are proud to have closed the month of March on such a positive note and are looking forward to future collaborations. Stay tuned for our next updates!
