During July 3rd-6th, 2021, the London-based, next-generation financial services and banking company, Twig, joined us on a 3-day and 2-nights getaway to the beautiful Llogara Touristic Village and Folie Marine in Albania.

For us, it was a pleasure to work with such an incredible and diverse team of top-level professionals. Members came from different countries and backgrounds, making this a great multicultural experience. Also, it was the first time they got together since they have been working from different parts of the world. As stated by them, “It was awesome to see everyone across multiple countries getting to know each other better. Video calls are nice, but this was real”. And for us, it was a beautiful challenge to work with them.
Twig’s Escape
After the challenging year of COVID-19, the Twig team decided to take part in an Escape designed for them by Network Tribe. It was the first time they got together for an experience of this kind and South Albania was their own pick. During this journey, we worked to unlock each individual’s full potential.
We invited Åsa Jarskog, a skilled trainer and certified coach who has worked with leaders worldwide and is CEO of Global Leadership for Sustainable Development and President of the Swedish Southern African Chamber of Commerce. The main goal was to build on the strengths of each individual so that the Twig team could work with the creation of common values. This Escape included interactive exercises, coaching sessions, hiking, reflective exercises, yoga, and meditation. A highlight of this retreat was the Value-Based Leadership training where the team worked from the bottom-up on organizational values and leading through values. All this while experiencing the breathtaking Albanian Riviera in a physical and mental journey.
